AIBE 2023 Application Form will be available in the 3rd week of December month this year. All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level exam conducted every year by the Bar Council of India (BCI). A law graduate candidate can apply for AIBE to obtain a “Certificate of Practice” for legal professions.

But, the candidate has to qualify the entrance test for the legal profession conducted by the Bar Council of India. The exam is conducted in 11 languages in 40 different cities across India. Candidates can choose their language during the submission of the application form.

AIBE 2023 Registration – How to Apply?

Before applying for AIBE, the following documents need to be ready:

  • Advocate ID card (if issued by State Bar Council)
  • Enrollment Certificate
  • Scanned photo & signature
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)

Step 1: Visit the official website and click on the Register here button from the home page of

Step 2: Complete the registration process by uploading your documents. Click on ‘Save Button. Registration number and password will be generated and it will be sent to your mobile and e-mail id. Enter your Enrollment Number along with the State Code as per your Enrollment Certificate.

Step 3: Login with your registration number and password. You will see your registration details. Click on the print challan and take a printout.

Step 4: Visit any SBI branch after 24 hours, and make the payment with the printed copy of the challan of the register.

Step 5: Login, you will see registration details. Now click on the upload challan. Upload your challan and enter the Journal Number, Branch Code and the date of invoice. Click on Submit.

Step 6: Next, click on the Application Form. Take a printout of the application form for your reference.

AIBE 2023 ELigibility

Before applying for AIBE 2023, candidates must check the following eligibility criteria which are mentioned below:

  • Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen to be eligible for the exam.
  • Qualification: Candidate must have completed 3 years or 5 years LLB degree from Law School recognized by BCI.
  • Age Limit: There is no mention of the age limit to be eligible for AIBE.
  • Enrollment with State Bar Council: The candidate must enrol in the State Bar Council to appear in the AIBE exam. Furthermore, they must have an advocate enrollment card which will be issued by the State Bar Council.
  • Marks: There is no mention of the minimum marks to be eligible for the AIBE exam.
