4 Ways To Manage UPI in SBI
You can manage your UPI service in four ways i.e. you can disable or enable your UPI at any time. The State Bank mobile apps are also the best and fastest method to do so. But, you need to install it on your mobile. These are the ways to disable and enable UPI provided by the State Bank of India.

Through Internet banking
It is one of the best methods to disable and enable UPI in a State Bank savings account. Visit the official website of SBI and login with your username and password. See below for more details.
Step 1: Login and click on “My Accounts & Profile“.
Step 2: Select the “Enable/Disable Accounts for UPI” option, and enter your Profile Password on the next page. Click on Submit.
Step 3: Select your Account and click on “Submit“.
Step 4: On the next page, select Disable if it is in Enabled mode or Select Enable if it is in Disabled mode. Click “Submit“.
That’s all. The UPI in the state bank will be successfully disabled or enabled. Afterwards, you have to follow the same way to manage UPI in SBI.
How to Enable UPI Service in SBI?
We have shared all the ways to deactivate your UPI service in State Bank. To enable it, follow the same method that we have already mentioned. If it is in disabled mode then you can turn it on enable mode. Click on Submit.
In this way, the UPI service in SBI will start again.
Using YONO Lite App
Here you have to follow the same as you did while enabling/disabling the UPI through Yono SBI. You must toggle the disable to stop the UPI service in SBI. Enter the one-time password you will receive on your registered mobile and confirm. The steps are given below.
1: Open the Yono Lite app.
2: Tap on “UPI Transfer“, which appears at the top.
3: On the next screen, select “Enable / Disable UPI“.
4: Enter your Profile password on the next screen. Tap on Submit.
5: Select your Account, and turn it off to disable UPI. Tap on Submit.
6: You will get an OTP, enter OTP and Confirm.
This is the easiest way to disable UPI service in State Bank via the Yono Lite app.
Through YONO SBI
You have to install the Yono SBI app from the Google play store. Open the app by entering net banking credentials or via ATM card.
These are some steps to disable through the Yono SBI. Here we have shared some screenshots for you so that you can understand them more clearly.
Step1: Tap on the ‘Service Request‘ option on the home screen.
Step 2: On the next screen, tap on the ‘Account‘ option in the Account section.
Step 3: Here, you will get the option of ‘Disable / Enable Account (UPI)‘.
Step 4: Select this option to disable the UPI service.
Step 5: If you have multiple accounts, you have to select a certain account to disable your UPI service.
Step 6: Here, toggle the disable button, if enabled your UPI service. Tap Continue.
Step 7: On the next screen, you will get a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile. Enter OTP, and Confirm.
Note: Check once whether this service is active or not.
BHIM SBI Pay
