How to get a Physical PAN card Online

If you have an e-PAN card and want to apply for a physical PAN card, you can do it online in a few steps. For this, you will have to pay Rs 106.00/-. But, if you want to reprint your PAN card, it will charge Rs 50.00/-; abroad, it will be Rs 959.00/-.

PAN is an essential document, and it is mandatory for financial transactions. It is a unique alphanumeric number to identify taxpayers issued by the Income Tax Department of India.

Step 1: Visit the official website and filling the application form.

Step 2: Select the application type and category.

Step 3: Enter your details, such as title, surname, first name, last name, middle name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number and PAN number. If you want to update PAN data, enter the captcha code and click Submit.

Reprint of PAN Card Online

Step 4: The next page will appear, where you will get a token number. Choose the ‘Continue with PAN application form’ option to continue.

Step 5: Select the first option on the next page, ‘Submit digitally through e-KYC‘, and enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number. Select ‘Yes‘ to print the Aadhaar photo on the PAN card.

Step 6: Enter your Gender and Father’s Name and click on Next.

Step 8: Here, you have to select the copy of your PAN card in the ‘Proof of PAN‘ option; after that, choose your name in the declaration section, enter the number of documents and the name of the place, and then click Submit.

Step 9: Enter the first eight digits of your Aadhaar card number and click on Proceed.

How to pay for a PAN card?

Step 10: There will be a payment option as you proceed; Here, you will get many options to pay. It will charge for a physical PAN card ₹ 106.00. Choose any one of them. Check the box and click on Proceed to Payment.

Step 11: On the next page, you need to confirm the payment, and the payment amount will also appear here.

Step 12: You will get the payment receipt as soon as the payment is complete; after that, click on Continue. On the next page, tick the box and authenticate. Select Continue with e-KYC on the next page.

Step 13: Now, you have to verify by entering OTP on the next page and clicking on Submit. Continue with e-Sign on the next page.

Step 14: On the next page, you will have to enter the Aadhaar number and click on Send OTP. You will get an OTP number on your registered mobile, enter OTP and verify.

After verifying the OTP, you will find a PDF file on the next page, which you can open by entering your date of birth, month and year. You will receive a PAN card at your home address in a few days.

Steps to Reprint PAN Card Online

You have to pay ₹ 50.00 and don’t need to follow the long process. You can complete these online processes in a few minutes.

Visit the official site and enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, Month and Year of birth. Enter the captcha code and select the terms box. Click on Submit.
