NDA 2023 Application Form will be available in the second week of April 2023, for the NDA-I and NDA-II will start in the first week of September 2023. Union Public Service Commission conducts the National Defense Academy (NDA) entrance exam twice a year. It is a national-level exam that allows candidates to join Army, Navy and Air Force academies. NDA 2023 Eligibility Criteria

It is essential for the candidates to know the eligibility criteria for NDA 2023 before applying, or else they will be rejected. So the eligibility criteria for NDA 2023 are given below, which is as follows.

Educational Qualification:

Army Wing: Candidates must have passed the class 12th examination or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.

Air Force & Naval Wing: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board/University.

NDA Age Limit

The age limit is very important in NDA; the minimum age limit for the NDA entrance exam is 16.5 to 19.5 years.

NDA 2023 Application Form

The NDA 2023 application form will be released in October 2022 for the NDA-I entrance exam. The NDA-II 2023 application form will be available in May 2023.

Candidates have to apply by visiting the official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in. To apply online, the candidate must have a photo ID card; a photo ID can be Aadhar Card / Voter Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License etc. Photo ID card details have to be entered in the online application form, and a scanned copy of the photo ID will also have to be uploaded.

Registration: For the first time, candidates have to register by entering personal details, like name, father’s name, gender, phone number, email id, address etc.

After completing the registration process, you will receive a login user-id and a password on your phone number and mail ID. Then, log in by entering the user ID and password. The procedure to submit the NDA application form is as follows.

  • Fill up the application form.
  • Upload the required documents.
  • Pay the application fee online mode.

NDA 2023 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for NDA, written test, time allowed, and maximum marks allotted for each subject will be as follows:

  • Exam mode: Offline

  • Negative marking: 0.83 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer

NDA Syllabus 2023

The expected syllabus for NDA 2023 will be the 10th standard which is as follows.

  • Mathematics: Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Matrices and Determinants, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Statistics and probability, analytical Geometry etc.
  • General Ability Test: General Ability Test is a combination subject of General Knowledge and English Grammar.
  • GK: Social studies, General science, Current affairs, Physics, Chemistry etc.
  • English: Idioms & Phrases, Fill in the blanks, Active/Passive voice, Direct/Indirect speech etc.
